All refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchasing the listing package. No refunds will be granted after this time period.
Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or add-ons purchased along with the listing package.
Only the base listing package is eligible for a 25% refund.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email to [email protected]. Include your customer ID number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions on the refund process.
Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
