The packages
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be granted after this time period.
Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or add-ons purchased.
Eligible for a 30% refund.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support via email to info@getaroundtown.org. Include your full name, customer ID number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions on the refund process.
Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
